Job Summary

• The selected candidate will play a key role in developing and deploying engineering quality and compliance initiatives that support capability teams across the BGS Engineering value stream.
• Responsibilities include standardizing and optimizing engineering processes aligned with the Quality Management System (QMS), advancing process excellence through data analytics, addressing technical trends and root causes, and supporting business critical initiatives through executive-level presentations and reporting.
• This position requires frequent collaboration with senior engineers and engineering leadership to resolve complex challenges and answer critical inquiries.

Salary

Summary Pay Range for Experienced-level (Level 3): $93,500 – $144,900; Summary Pay Range for Senior level (Level 4): $113,900– $177,100; Benefits: Generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and a number of programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of experience in an engineering discipline
• 3+ years of experience in creating, developing, and/or maintaining engineering processes
• 3+ years of experience in Project management
