Job Summary

  • The NASCAR Program Director will provide overall program leadership across the NASCAR Cup and Truck Series programs while managing resources between Pratt Miller, Kaulig Racing, Stellantis, and external vendors.
  • This role requires balancing program performance on and off track to ensure engineering, competition, and budgetary objectives are achieved through effective team collaboration.
  • The position involves attending approximately 12 NASCAR Cup and Truck series race events per year and maintaining regular status updates with customers and leadership.

Key Requirements

  • BS or MS in Mechanical, Aerospace or Automotive Engineering
  • 7+ years of professional experience in top-level auto racing
