Job Summary
We are seeking a Cost Management Director (m/f/d) to deliver complex Real Estate projects and act as the day-to-day interface with our clients driving projects to achieve excellent outcomes.
You will have broad experience in pre-contract cost planning and estimating activities, and post-contract commercial management.

Good understanding of civils, structural and architectural aspects
