The primary purpose of this position is to recruit, hire, and retain the most qualified Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants at Caswell Developmental Center.
Candidates may be eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus contingent on budget approval and working 30 to 40 hours per week.
This role requires maintaining databases pertinent to nursing recruitment and providing statistical reporting relating to nursing staff.
