Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this job is to act as a leader to production Associates while performing non-cyclical production work such as ordering and maintaining materials necessary to run production.
  • This position will follow and ensures written procedures are met to ensure production and quality requirements including Good Documented Practices and Device History Records.

Must-have

  • 5 years light assembly experience
  • 7+ years regulated industry experience
  • read and follow detailed instructions
  • recognize obvious defects in workmanship
  • familiarity with microscopes and measuring devices

Nice-to-have

  • medical device experience preferred
  • Associate's degree preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • proficient in multiple critical assembly processes
  • willing to fill in where needed

Key Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • 5 years Integer related work experience
  • 7+ years light assembly experience in regulated industry
  • Computer proficiency required
