Job Summary
This role supports the organisation in achieving strategic objectives by ensuring successful assessment and implementation of change initiatives to embed them in the organisation.
You will act as a key HR Transformation Manager supporting the build-out of a new fintech-style organisation within the Barclays ecosystem, working closely with HR and business leaders to optimise processes and accelerate decision-making.
The position requires discipline, resilience, and strong relationship-building skills to ensure the new organisation can scale effectively with the right HR foundations in place.
