Job Summary

  • You’ll work closely with participants who have moved into employment, providing tailored support to help them overcome barriers, retain work, and progress in their careers.
  • The role involves managing a busy caseload and providing tailored coaching to support wellbeing, mental health and any barriers to sustaining employment, while also drawing on local specialist services for additional support where needed.
  • In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we’re offering a competitive salary of £26,500 - £29,858 p.a. with great benefits including 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays + Birthday Day off.

Key Requirements
