You’ll work closely with participants who have moved into employment, providing tailored support to help them overcome barriers, retain work, and progress in their careers.
The role involves managing a busy caseload and providing tailored coaching to support wellbeing, mental health and any barriers to sustaining employment, while also drawing on local specialist services for additional support where needed.
In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we’re offering a competitive salary of £26,500 - £29,858 p.a. with great benefits including 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays + Birthday Day off.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C or above (or equivalent)
Experience of supporting people with disabilities or barriers to work
Experience working with individuals one to one and in group settings
