Salary

Base: $150,000 - $170,000 annually; Bonus/Equity: discretionary annual performance bonus; Benefits: comprehensive benefits and wellness programs, retirement plan plus matching

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil, or Architectural, Mechanical Electrical or Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, Estimating, or equivalent field
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
  • Previous experience leading integrated project teams
  • Previous experience in design-build construction
  • Licensed P.E. or AIA preferred
