Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are required to report all changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor as soon as practical.
The role involves assisting residents with personal care, mobility, feeding, and maintaining a calm, safe environment while strictly adhering to confidentiality policies.
