The role involves assisting in the implementation and maintenance of the company's Quality Management System in accordance with AS9100 standards.
Candidates will collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate nonconformances, perform root cause analysis, and support corrective preventative actions.
Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this position which requires a DoD Personal Security Clearance.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
0-2 years experience in quality assurance
Implementation of AS9100 Quality Management System
Root cause analysis and CAPA support
Internal and supplier audit participation
First article inspection (FAI) support
U.S. citizenship eligibility required
Nice-to-have
Experience with ISO 9001 manufacturing processes
Knowledge of GD&T standards
Internship or Co-Op in aerospace industry
Lean and Six Sigma continuous improvement
Proficiency in quality management software
Experience with composites or special processes
