Job Summary

  • Serves as functional owner and primary point of contact for key forecasting and demand-related reporting tools used across Services, SIOP/S&OE, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Finance.
  • Translates business and process needs into clear technical requirements for DT and data engineering partners and coordinates development, testing, and release.
  • Leads change management and adoption for new or enhanced tools, including communications, training, and feedback loops; acts as a bridge between Genba and DT/data teams.
