Job Summary
This role leads the organisation’s data governance capability as LSEG Data & Analytics strengthens internal ownership and transitions from external support to a mature, proactive governance model.
You will work closely with Data Owners, Stewards, Technology, Controls, and Audit teams to embed trust, transparency, and accountability into how data is managed.
As the organization progresses on its data management journey, you will help define the governance roadmap for 2026 and beyond, influencing standards, practices, and operating models.

Key Requirements
10-15 years' experience in data analysis, governance, risk, compliance
15-20 years' experience
6 years' people-management experience
Proven track record leading large, multi-disciplinary teams (20+ members)
Regulatory experience with relevant certifications
