Job Summary

  • The primary responsibility of this Registered Nurse position is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
  • Essential duties include assisting the Director of Nursing in directing nursing activities, developing and maintaining policies, ensuring personnel compliance, and participating in quality assurance programs.
  • The role requires providing direct nursing care, managing medication passes, ensuring safety and sanitation, and participating in staff development and committee functions.
