Job Summary
Evaluate patients within twenty four (24) hours, or 1 business day of physician referral, and develop effective treatment plans approved by the referring physician.
Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants, aides, and students while assisting nursing staff with training and participating in patient care conferences and utilization review meetings.
Record detailed evaluations, treatment notes, and progress documentation in compliance with Occupational Therapy Board State Practice Act and other regulatory requirements.
