Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Sciences or closely related scientific/technical discipline
  • 5 years of experience in Operations, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, or equivalent
  • Experience in successfully leading cross-functional teams
  • Experience with process mapping, statistical, and reporting tools
  • Able to travel +75% of the time
  • 5+ years of management experience delivering and managing consulting services using Lean Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement analytical tools/processes in a laboratory and/or healthcare setting
  • Black Belt, Master Black Belt, and/or Champion certification in Lean Six Sigma or other similar, advanced continuous improvement certification
  • 3+ years of commercial experience in a sales, service-oriented, or consulting environment
  • Proficiency using Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) and Middleware
  • Familiarity with Roche Infinity
  • General understanding of IVD Laboratory Solutions
