Ensures responsible service of alcohol throughout the entire building in accordance with state and company policies.
Supervises the serving of alcohol by event day employees and holds pre-shift and post-event meetings.
Observes, documents, and reports all alcohol related issues, violations, pass-offs and suspected guest intoxication.
