The role requires frequent lifting, turning, and transporting of residents while ensuring their personal care needs are met safely and compassionately.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Maintain strict patient confidentiality HIPAA
Record vital signs and intake/output data

Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Participate in shift meetings for service improvement
Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel effectively
Demonstrate ability to handle emergency evacuations
Key Requirements
