Ferring Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Key Account Manager to drive growth and strengthen strategic partnerships within Fertility Accounts across Ontario.
This role requires a consultative, solutions-oriented sales approach combined with strong business acumen and a deep understanding of the specialty healthcare environment.
You will partner closely with Reproductive Endocrinologists, Key Account Nurses, Clinic Managers/Owners, Business Managers, Pharmacists, and allied staff to optimize the value proposition of our fertility portfolio.

Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of Key Account Management, specialty pharmaceutical sales, or medical device sales experience
Experience in Reproductive Medicine, Fertility, Aesthetics, Ophthalmology, Dental, or other specialty/B2B healthcare environments
Demonstrated success managing complex clinical accounts, business reviews, contracts, and strategic relationships
Strong understanding of KAM principles, strategic selling, and consultative influence
