Job Summary

  • Ferring Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Key Account Manager to drive growth and strengthen strategic partnerships within Fertility Accounts across Ontario.
  • This role requires a consultative, solutions-oriented sales approach combined with strong business acumen and a deep understanding of the specialty healthcare environment.
  • You will partner closely with Reproductive Endocrinologists, Key Account Nurses, Clinic Managers/Owners, Business Managers, Pharmacists, and allied staff to optimize the value proposition of our fertility portfolio.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of Key Account Management, specialty pharmaceutical sales, or medical device sales experience
  • Experience in Reproductive Medicine, Fertility, Aesthetics, Ophthalmology, Dental, or other specialty/B2B healthcare environments
  • Demonstrated success managing complex clinical accounts, business reviews, contracts, and strategic relationships
  • Strong understanding of KAM principles, strategic selling, and consultative influence
  • Proven ability to think entrepreneurially
  • Ability to travel approximately 15%
  • Valid driver’s license required
