Job Summary

  • The Production Section Head is responsible for directing all operations on the production line (HMC,UHI Casting or LI Casting).
  • Requires close coordination with Logistics, Engineering, Quality, LIFE/CI, and Maintenance teams to maintain optimum production schedule, high-performing equipment, efficient processes, smooth product flows, and good quality.
  • Strictly implements the Company’s Code of Conduct, issues NTEs, and recommends Disciplinary Actions (DA) to subordinates if needed.
