Job Summary

• The Advanced Practice Patient Safety and Quality role conducts patient safety event reviews and supports quality action planning for Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
• This role ensures patient safety events, including near misses and adverse outcomes, are identified, reported, reviewed, and appropriately followed up.
• Additionally, this role works with advanced practice leadership and education teams to support onboarding, ongoing education, and professional development, with an emphasis on patient safety and quality standards.

• Master's degree required
• 2 years APP experience preferred
• Healthcare quality improvement experience preferred
