Disney Television Animation is seeking a Recruiter for Artist Recruitment to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for animation talent. The role requires expertise in animation production, strong interpersonal skills, and a detail-oriented approach to candidate management
Job Summary
Responsible for full-cycle recruitment of top-tier talent, with a targeted emphasis on Story, Design and Production Management for all DTVA projects in current series and development.
Collaborate with Artist Management, Production Management and Creative Leaders to develop recruitment strategies for open positions and future positions.
This is a full-cycle Recruiter position that requires an eye for detail, knowledge of animation processes, a passion for story, and the design language to communicate with our creative leaders.
