Job Summary
The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
Assist the Director of Nursing Services in directing nursing functions, developing policies, and participating in quality assurance and facility surveys.
Participate in staff development, safety, sanitation, equipment management, care planning, and budget functions to maintain effective nursing services.

Key Requirements
Nursing Degree from accredited college or university
Minimum 2 years experience in long-term care facility
Current active RN license in state
Current CPR certification
Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
Knowledge of PCC preferred
Maintain required continuing education and licensing
