Salary

Base: $136,000.00 - $204,000.00 USD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP); Benefits: Health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) with employer match, paid time off, employee stock purchase plan

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field with 5+ years experience
  • Advanced degree with 3+ years experience in engineering or program management

  • Experience with budgeting and resource planning
