Job Summary

• This position will have a primary responsibility for policy maintenance and service of an assigned portion of accounts, maintaining a high level of client retention by managing the day-to-day service needs of our clients.
• Contribute to the profitable growth of the platform by achieving retention and renewal goals, proactive account rounding, up-selling of limits/coverages and by providing extraordinary client service.

• Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years commercial insurance experience
• Proven experience managing commercial accounts
• Hold and maintain appropriate state P&C License
• Obtain and maintain advanced designations (CISR, CIC, CRM, CPCU)
• High level of understanding accounting or strong math skills
