Job Summary
The Medical Assistant (MA)) works with a multi-disciplinary team of Healthcare Professionals to provide primary care and ambulatory care, in a clinical setting to students at The Ohio State University.
The MA serves as one of the primary initial contacts within clinical services; by providing patient care, obtaining patient reason for visit, vital signs, and other clinical information; assists providers with procedures; prepare exam rooms, administers injections, cares out clinical orders and documents all information in the electronic health record.
