Job Summary

  • Provide expert technical support for Caterpillar marine engine platforms, including C9.3, C18, C32, 3500, and C280.
  • Act as a technical consultant and industry expert to dealers and the internal sales team, driving OPACC through technical support of the selling process.
  • Develop and maintain application and installation manuals, prepare and conduct product and application training for dealers and end customers.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in marine, mechanical or electrical engineering
  • 5+ years relevant engineering experience
  • Marine industry or dealer power systems experience
  • Prior experience in dealer/customer facing positions
  • Experience with Pro/e and Teamcenter, familiarity with SAP
  • Engine system experience (cooling, lubrication, fuel, air, exhaust)
