Skills & Requirements
Must-have
U.S. law degree (J.D.) required
3+ years in-house commercial contracts experience
Admission to at least one U.S. state bar
Experience with Anti-Kickback Statute and False Claims Act
Proven track record in biotechnology or pharmaceutical sector
