ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic leadership for all operational aspects of multi-site data centre facilities across Southeast Asia. Oversee construction and engineering functions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Drive operational efficiency and excellence across all facilities, implementing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Lead and develop cross-functional teams across operations, engineering, construction, and facilities management. Manage significant operational budgets and optimize resource allocation. Establish and maintain hyperscale operational standards aligned with industry best practices. Champion innovation in data centre technologies, including AI-centric environments and advanced cooling solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and partners. Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and environmental requirements.
