** Berkadia is seeking a Tax Credit Equity Senior Director to join its Affordable Housing Finance platform in Ambler, Pennsylvania. The candidate will be responsible for managing investor relationships and overseeing investment closings of various tax credit equity funds. **

Job Summary

  • This position will support the Company’s strategic growth as a key member of the Investor Relations team, and will focus specifically on managing investor relationships and upper-tier closings for various product offerings, including multi-investor and proprietary tax credit equity funds.
  • Develop and Maintain relationships with LIHTC investors and act as main point of contact for and manage investment closings into LIHTC funds.
