Job Summary

  • Identify potential improvements in the engineering process and create supporting documentation.
  • Act as the main point of contact for Controls Engineering for project managers, installation managers, procurement, manufacturing, customers, builders, and consultants.
  • Ensure that the procurement of materials, manufacturing of control cabinets, and tendering for purchased services and services are executed according to the schedule.

Key Requirements

  • Degree in technical engineering or comparable education
  • Experience in project engineering with budgeting, planning, scheduling, and risk management
  • Experience in industrial automation
  • Experience leading project teams
  • Understanding of PLC and control systems, circuit diagrams, and basic electrical engineering
  • Knowledge of ISO standards for automated warehousing
  • Willingness to travel approx. 20%
  • Good communication skills, high organization, and proactive approach
  • Understanding of MS Project, JIRA, and other project management tools
  • Understanding and application of design requirements like Machinery Directive and safety standards
