Job Summary
Assist the sales team by managing the inbox and responding to customer inquiries.
Provide post-sales support, which includes handling orders, receiving and confirming them, setting up accounts, and inputting sales orders and client information into our CRM.
This position reports to the Sales Operations Manager and is on a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days on-site per week.
