Job Summary

  • Assist the sales team by managing the inbox and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Provide post-sales support, which includes handling orders, receiving and confirming them, setting up accounts, and inputting sales orders and client information into our CRM.
  • This position reports to the Sales Operations Manager and is on a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days on-site per week.
