  • This role owns USCAN AVS segmentation, value proposition development, go-to-market design, commercial execution, and operating rigor across lifecycle, NPI, and digital solutions, and serves as the primary voice of the USCAN market into global AVS strategy, investment, and prioritization decisions.
  • Build and lead a high-performing AVS USCAN leadership team with strong accountability, inclusion, and succession depth.
