Job Summary

  • This role leads the day-to-day operations of the McDonald’s Arch Card program while helping to shape its next chapter, which includes the launch of digital stored value and e-gift cards.
  • You will partner with cross-functional teams across Treasury, Finance, Marketing, Technology, and Legal to support the launch of digital stored value and e-gift card capabilities.

Key Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in gift card, prepaid, or stored value program operations
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance or other related field
  • Experience managing external vendor relationships
  • Strong financial acumen around stored value liabilities, breakage, and reporting
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and building structure
