Job Summary
The objective of the Change Manager is to lead change management across multiple initiatives, agile teams, customer journeys, or complex programs, either independently or by guiding a small team.
Lead end to end change planning and delivery, including business engagement, implementation and embedding, to ensure people are supported through the journey and benefits are realised.
