Job Summary
You will lead the Human Resource Policy & System department to review and implement competitive rewards and recognition policies that support corporate goals and sustain a motivated and engaged workforce.
Oversee and implement a robust performance management framework to incentivise and reward high performance, and foster positive communications with our Union, employees and management.
Deliver policy alignment and process efficiency between HR policies and Workday (HR System), and supervise timely and accurate processing of employee payroll and mandatory contributions.
