Job Summary

  • You will lead the Human Resource Policy & System department to review and implement competitive rewards and recognition policies that support corporate goals and sustain a motivated and engaged workforce.
  • Oversee and implement a robust performance management framework to incentivise and reward high performance, and foster positive communications with our Union, employees and management.
  • Deliver policy alignment and process efficiency between HR policies and Workday (HR System), and supervise timely and accurate processing of employee payroll and mandatory contributions.
