Base: $140,000 - $210,000 CAD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan and annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including flexible work arrangements

Must-have
5+ years software engineering experience
2+ years people management role
4+ years production backend systems
4+ years distributed systems architecture
4+ years Python programming experience

Experience with AI/ML systems in production
