The position assists in obtaining information from admission throughout hospitalization to assist the Clinical Social Worker and Treatment Team in determining the best course of treatment.

Recruitment Range: $43,738.00 - $76,542.00; Bonus/Equity: $4,000 Sign-on bonus may be offered; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package

Key Requirements
Master’s degree in social work
Bachelor’s degree in social work and one year experience
Master’s degree in human services and one year experience
Bachelor’s degree in human services and two years experience
Equivalent combination of education and experience
Pass State Bureau of Investigation Criminal History Check
