Job Summary
Provide support to regional clients/ HR stakeholders in the APAC region, striving to improve process efficiency while adapting to legal local nuances, specific business needs and the broader systems landscape.
Assess/maintain org management structure that standardizes and simplifies the in-system footprint, streamline security roles, and enable clean data, reporting and analytics.
Collaborates actively with HRBP and COE teams to achieve ongoing system enhancement projects to improve work efficiency and works closely with the Global team to support data integrity, process integration and other important projects or tasks.
