As an Analyst 4, you will serve as a triage lead across multiple billing platforms, owning complex P1/P2 incident investigations and driving incident command during assigned rotations.
You will partner with engineering/platform and product teams to prevent recurrence through automation and systemic fixes, and be responsible for creating and modifying complex queries.
The role involves testing new products, offer constructs, and system enhancements, leading cross-departmental meetings, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency, and assisting in the standardization of policies and procedures.
