As a Collaboration Engineer, you will join the Business Technology’s (BT) Collaboration Team, which is responsible for connecting the workforce through digital technologies.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Administration of Slack, Google Workspaces, O365
Scripting with PowerShell, MS Graph, JavaScript
Domain expertise in Google Workspaces
Experience with AI tools for operations
Operational excellence and automation focus
Nice-to-have

Key Requirements
7+ years of experience in administration Collaboration technologies
Fluent with at least one scripting language
Domain expertise in Google Workspaces Environment
Working experience using AI tools to support operations
ITIL certification is a plus
Microsoft, Google or Slack product certifications are a plus
