Base: $83,200.00-$137,280.00; Bonus/Equity: Leadership incentives for select roles; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, PTO, 403(b) with 5% match

Key Requirements
Master's degree in Social Work or related field
LCSW or equivalent licensure required
Minimum 12 years of progressive leadership experience
Demonstrated successful fundraising and grant writing experience
