Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10+ years supply chain management experience
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Engineering
Proficiency with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
Experience reducing SLOB and optimizing inventory
Advanced Excel skills for data-driven decision making
Nice-to-have
Hands-on experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
Proven leadership of SIOP transformations
Background in network logistics and 3PL optimization
Experience with warehouse automation technologies
Master's degree preferred
Key Requirements
10+ years in supply chain management within flavors/food manufacturing
Strong knowledge of raw-material sourcing and manufacturing processes
Demonstrated success reducing SLOB and improving service levels
Excellent communication and stakeholder management across functions
