Job Summary
The role supports the implementation of the THK bloom Enabling Skills for Life Programme to help trainees acquire functional life skills and independence.
Candidates will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver functional training under the NOURISH curriculum and vocational training in Hospitality, Horticulture, and Culinary tracks.
The position requires building positive rapport with trainees while ensuring a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
