Key Requirements

  • Current Workday Partner HCM/Recruiting certification
  • 2 - 4+ years WD configuration/implementation
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Previous consulting experience
  • Previous experience deploying Workday/SAP/Oracle/PeopleSoft/ADP/Ultimate
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • Functional human resources experience
  • Business analysis and requirements gathering
