Job Summary

  • The Airport Supervisor on Duty plays a critical role in our Control Center, supporting operational excellence in Airports throughout our network and collaborates with support Teams in the OCC including Dispatch and Guest Operations.
  • This role is responsible for proactive planning, building and updating Airports resources and supports real-time resolution during irregular operations, including being a key decision-maker to minimize impact on Guest Experience at our Airports.

  • 2+ years' experience as Supervisor, Manager, or Trainer in Airport Operations

  • Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug test
  • Must pass a TSA required fingerprint-based criminal history records check
