Must-have
5+ years industrial maintenance experience
PLC troubleshooting and programming skills
Electrical cabinet maintenance and repair
VFD and servo drive configuration
Thermographic camera predictive maintenance
NFPA 70 electrical code knowledge
Nice-to-have
Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency
Electrician Industrial License preferred
Experience with eMaint CMMS platform

Key Requirements
High school diploma or technical training required
