Job Summary

  • The position includes preparing and operating development equipment, performing QC measurements, and actively engaging with engineers to conduct product and process experiments.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 3 years pilot plant or manufacturing experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with specialized equipment setup and maintenance
  • Ability to lead and plan daily work schedules

Nice-to-have

  • Supervisor or leadership experience preferred
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced innovative environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-directed with strong decision-making capability
  • Experience training new personnel on machine operations

Key Requirements
