Job Summary
Responsible for working with clients and development to create solutions to improve the client experience, the product feature set, and the strategic position of the Inkind Transfer Portal.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape and generate innovative product ideas and concepts that address key market opportunities and challenges supporting Alpha cash service.
Establish strong partnerships with internal stakeholders in Sales, Operations, Technology, product implementation, other product development service family and E2E architecture teams to influence and coordinate cross-functional business solutions and products.
