Job Summary

• Working in collaboration with other members of the pediatric interdisciplinary team/group, the PRN Pediatric Social Worker provides support within the scope of social work practice for hospice and concurrent care pediatric patients regionally.
• The Pediatric Social Worker makes initial and ongoing SW assessments, judgments and treatment decisions based on patient and family/caregiver needs and wishes and in accordance with her/his professional skills.
