Job Summary

  • Responsible for assisting with the repairs, adjustments, and ongoing/preventative maintenance on equipment, buildings, systems, or machinery.
  • May assist with maintenance for electrical, painting, HVAC and/or carpentry, meters, gauges, switches, valves, pumps, plumbing fixtures, plasters, brick, and woodwork.
  • Conducts periodic inspections to determine maintenance work required.
